CHAPEL DOWN GIN
Created by our winemakers using distilled grape skins and the finest botanicals. These highly aromatic spirits will surprise and delight with the same exciting, clean, fresh vibrancy as our wines.
Chapel Down is located in the beautiful Kent countryside, close to the picturesque market town of Tenterden
WHITLEY NEILL GINS
Whitley Neill is made from a 100% grain spirit that is steeped with botanicals prior to being distilled in a beautiful antique copper pot still called ‘Constance’ who is over 100 years old.
Only the purest water is used and each of the nine botanicals are carefully selected to ensure that they are of the highest quality. Whitley Neill’s tagline of “Crafted from the tree of life” goes a long way in describing what those botanicals might be.
Bringing together a mix of innovative botanicals like cape gooseberries and baobab fruit to its lineup, it also has other more traditional botanicals such as juniper, coriander, lemon & orange peel, angelica root, cassia bark and orris root.
The tagline also lends its cues to the attitude taken on by the creator Johnny Neill, as it reflects his fresh 21st-century outlook whilst also making a reference to gin’s heritage and the London based gin distilling experience put into use at the distillery.

47 hand-picked botanicals, blended with extremely soft spring water, give Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin its unrivalled complexity and quality.
Hand-crafted by a small team of expert distillers in the heart of the Black Forest, Germany.
Monkey 47 unites great British traditions, the spices of India and the rich landscape of the Black Forest. Three months of maturation in earthenware vessels provides Monkey 47 with unparalleled suppleness and balance.
ABLEFORTH'S BATHTUB GIN
Our award-winning Bathtub Gin takes a while to perfect, but we think it’s worth it.
First, copper pot-distilled gin is made with juniper, coriander and other fragrant botanicals, but we don’t stop there. Instead, we take a portion of this gin and painstakingly infuse it with a further six fresh botanicals – a process which takes a whole week to do…(which might seem like a lot of effort, but you get out what you put in as they say, and if we want a delicious gin then it needs to be made deliciously!)
DOCKYARD GIN
The Copper Rivet Distillery is an exciting and dynamic new Medway based craft distillery. Drawing upon the area’s rich tradition of innovation and craft, the team will toil together to produce small batches of exceptional gins, whiskies and vodkas from scratch in bespoke stills, with the same skill that local craftsmen once fashioned world-class ships.
